Toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost crown or filling, swelling — if it cannot wait, ring the practice and we will fit you in as soon as we can during opening hours. The emergency fee is £109 for the consultation; any treatment is quoted before it begins, so there are no surprises.
We are in Bruton, central to Castle Cary, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet and Frome, and because oral surgery, root canal treatment and sedation are all done at the practice, most emergencies can be dealt with fully here rather than patched up and referred on.
Please note: We are unable to offer full disabled access at this time. Car parking is only available on residential streets.

Dr Elis Dinu has gained her qualification from the University of Bucharest in 2000. She started her career in her own private dental practice where she worked for thirteen years before relocating to UK.
Dr Andrei Dinu
DMD, PG. Dip Dental Implants, MSc Oral Surgery
Andrei qualified as a dentist in 2005 and started practicing in his own private practice in Bucharest. In 2007 Andrei completed a Post Graduate Program in Dental Implants with the University of Bucharest and that was when he found the true joy of practicing dentistry. He graduated with merit a Master of Science in Oral Surgery at the University of Central Lancashire and working towards completing a second program of Masters of Science in Dental Implants with the same University.

Call the practice on 01749 812 461 and we will fit you in as soon as we can. Emergency appointments are held during our normal opening hours, Monday to Friday.
What does an emergency appointment cost?
The emergency fee is £109, which covers the consultation and does not include X-rays. Any treatment needed is quoted before it starts.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe toothache, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, swelling, or bleeding that will not stop. If you are unsure, ring us and we will advise.
Do you see patients who are not registered?
Yes. You do not need to be an existing patient to book an emergency appointment.
We also see patients from Castle Cary, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet, Frome and the surrounding villages.
